With the cooperation of the Third World Environment and Development Organization (ENDA Vietnam), CEP implemented a community development project serving poor households in District 4 and District 11. The project encourages the participation of local authorities and residents in the management of sanitation and environmental issues in accordance with locally available resources.
Through the Project, the Capital Revolving Fund was established with basic community activities to improve the living environment conditions of the community. The community decides which activities are prioritized and from which activities will receive funding. This donation amount will either be paid back by the customer or by all customers in the community if this is an activity that benefits the community.
