Customers fill out the loan application form on Website.

After receiving the customer’s registration form, CEP will contact the customer within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to respond on accepting or rejecting the customer’s request.

Customers carry out loan registration procedures at clusters (for customers who are eligible for loans).

CEP coordinates with cluster leaders to compile the list, survey directly at the customer’s place to assess the loan demand and repayment ability of customers (for customers who are eligible for loans).

Proceed to give loans to customers.

Customers cooperate with cluster leaders to fulfill the loan repayment. Customers can actively monitor loan information through the CEP App.
