In July 2022, the CEP Collaborator Training Program has just ended after 2 months of launching with the active participation of nearly 2,000 CEP collaborators at the trade unions of units and businesses where CEP is coordinating.
In 2022, in order to contribute to equipping the collaborators with knowledge and skills to help them work well with CEP, thereby improving the effectiveness of supporting low-income workers working at the unit, eliminating the problem of “black credit”; at the same time, responding to Workers’ Month and celebrating the establishment of the Trade Union on July 28, CEP organized the first training program for collaborators.
The program was officially implemented in 2 months (May 18 – July 17) by online form, including 3 main contents: Communication and consulting on CEP products, Customer Development, and Managing to collect and repay through banks. Collaborators participate by watching online videos and answering multiple-choice questions after each module.
After 2 months of execution, CEP recorded 1,945 collaborators participating in 36 branches across the system. To encourage collaborators who actively participated in the training, CEP awarded 43 best collaborators with a total prize value of VND 50 million. The tops 3 prizes belong to:
- First Prize (5,000,000 VND): Mr. Pham Ngoc Thinh – Nhon Trach Branch
- Second Prize (VND 3,000,000): Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan – District 12 Branch
- Third Prize (1,000,000 VND): Mr. Luong Nguyen Quoc Hai – Binh Thanh District Branch
In the coming time, CEP will continue to carry out training activities to improve skills and professionalism for collaborators and cluster leaders to coordinate with CEP in carrying out the mission of “Working for poor workers and low-income members of the community”, join hands with CEP to repel “black credit”.
