In July 2022, the CEP Collaborator Training Program has just ended after 2 months of launching with the active participation of nearly 2,000 CEP collaborators at the trade unions of units and businesses where CEP is coordinating.

In 2022, in order to contribute to equipping the collaborators with knowledge and skills to help them work well with CEP, thereby improving the effectiveness of supporting low-income workers working at the unit, eliminating the problem of “black credit”; at the same time, responding to Workers’ Month and celebrating the establishment of the Trade Union on July 28, CEP organized the first training program for collaborators.

The program was officially implemented in 2 months (May 18 – July 17) by online form, including 3 main contents: Communication and consulting on CEP products, Customer Development, and Managing to collect and repay through banks. Collaborators participate by watching online videos and answering multiple-choice questions after each module.
