CEP microfinance institution will hereafter be referred to as CEP.

1. Purpose and scope of collection

To provide the best possible experience and improve the quality of services, products and information we provide to users, CEP collects information based on the principle of using information that users have publicly or voluntarily provided.

Depending on the services provided, CEP may require registration of personal information, such as full name, phone number, email, year of birth, address, etc. This information is necessary to register for the service, as well as for CEP to contact and confirm when users successfully register for the service, to ensure the rights of users.

CEP may also collect other information from users, such as: the number of visits, URLs viewed by users, the number of links clicked, web browser, devices used, IP address, time, and location.

CEP only requests users to provide necessary and relevant information to better understand the needs and desires of users regarding the services, products, and information provided by CEP.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information provided. CEP is not liable for any legal issues related to the information provided by users.

2. Scope of information usage

CEP uses the information provided by users to:

  • Provide information about products and services to users;
  • Support users;
  • Answer and resolve user inquiries;
  • Send notifications to users;
  • Comply with requests from competent state authorities.

3. Information storage duration

CEP is committed to storing users’ personal data only for the necessary time to achieve the purposes of data collection or as required by law. CEP may also need to retain users’ personal data for a specific period, such as when required by current laws, or CEP will proceed to immediately remove the data when requested by the user or competent state authorities in accordance with legal regulations.

5. Access and modification of users’ personal data

Users have the right to check, update, modify, or delete their personal information by submitting a request directly to CEP or through the appropriate links provided by CEP.

6. User personal information security

When users register their personal information with CEP, they agree to the terms outlined above. CEP is committed to safeguarding users’ personal information to the best of its ability. CEP will use the best information security technologies within its capacity to protect the information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

However, due to technical limitations, no data transmitted over the internet can be 100% secured. Therefore, CEP cannot make a definitive commitment that the information users provide will be absolutely safe. CEP is not responsible in the event of unauthorized access to users’ personal information, such as when users voluntarily share their information with others. If users do not agree with the terms described above, CEP advises them not to provide personal information to CEP.

Users are responsible for keeping their account and access passwords confidential and should not share them with anyone else.

CEP does not use, transfer, provide, or disclose users’ personal information to any third party without the user’s consent or a request from competent state authorities in accordance with legal regulations on personal information protection.

7. Changes to the privacy policy

CEP reserves the right to modify, supplement, replace, and/or remove portions of these terms, as well as to change and/or terminate the content and features of any part or the entirety of CEP’s websites and applications without the obligation to notify users in advance. Please check regularly, as any modifications will take effect once they are posted on CEP’s websites.

8. Handling links to other websites and social media

When using services provided by CEP, users may encounter links to other websites and various social networks. Although these links are carefully selected, CEP is not responsible for the content or design of any linked websites or social network.

Please note that for the convenience of users and to save time in easily contacting and interacting through users’ social media accounts, CEP may receive some information through social media. This information is not requested by CEP but is provided by the social media platform through the use of social media login options. Therefore, when accessing and using other websites linked to this site and social media accounts, users must assume their own risks and comply with the terms and conditions applicable to such access or use.
