With financial support from Oikocredit, CEP will increase the loan investment capital of each branch in the Mekong Delta region and expand the scope of operations to provinces in the Mekong Delta. The project’s target customers are poor workers who cannot access available credit sources. All loans under the Project will help the poor have business capital to create jobs and increase income.
