The Organization for International Cooperation for Development and Solidarity (CIDSE – Belgium) has cooperated with CEP to implement a small credit project in three communes of Binh Chanh district. In addition to providing financial support for lending, CIDSE has provided grants for community development and credit management training to CEP staff. The objective of the project is to expand credit services for poor women in Binh Chanh.
